Table Lodge
The Table Lodge was born from the idea of the feast and the desire to promote a greater degree of fellowship. In the Colonial Days, the Table Lodge was Freemasonry’s greatest asset. It buoyed up the spirit of the brethren when the spirit of the colonists was low. Wine was the libation, but that was changed in our land when the 18th Amendment was adopted. So out of respect for the law, a substitute was selected. Grape juice is most often used in Pennsylvania.
The Table Lodge ceremony is a heritage of our past, and as such, pays tribute to our Grand Lodge, George Washington, the father of our country, and the Masons throughout the world.
Waynesburg Lodge would like to pay this tribute and has been granted permission to hold a Table Lodge by our District Deputy Grand Master.
All Lodge decorum will remain the same for this Table Lodge as it does for our regular stated meetings. This includes the conducting of business and wearing appropriate attire. This Table Lodge will be opened in the Entered Apprentice Mason’s Degree.

How Old Are You?
As YOUNG as your faith,
As OLD as your doubt;
As YOUNG as your self-confidence,
As OLD as your fear;
As YOUNG as your hope,
As OLD as your despair.
It's not the years in your life that count.
It's the life in your years.
“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” Psalm 133:1
